Why Food engineering?
Why you chose this career.
When I was a child, I didn't really think about what I wanted to be when I grew up, although I thought of a veterinarian or a chef, who later discarded them completely when I grew up.
In high school, I had chosen architecture because I liked the mockup, then discarded that idea, and since I was doing well in biology I thought about obstetrics or nutrition, I kept this choice until I finished school, while I was in my last year, I did a pre-university because I wanted to get into university as soon as I got out of school and nutrition only caught my attention a little.
When I gave the PSU, I still wasn't sure that studying, just knew I liked the foodstuff issue, one day I found a career in food engineering, investigate a little of this and be amazed, especially that it had a VERY wide working camp, this is what I was looking for and so I decided to study food engineering.
College life was pretty good, I made very good friends and I had a good time studying with them, but now in online mode, I can't concentrate, I don't like this at all.
I would like to work in quality management or in the area of food production.
i think to your career is much important and interesting, because the food has a important impact in the people´s health.
